We expect to have these transcripts in late January 2019. You may request a copy of a transcript at https://gnpec.georgia.gov/webform/student-transcript-request. It is our understanding that Virginia College will also provide a transcript service.

FEDERAL STUDENT LOANS AND PELL GRANTS:
If you have general questions about federal loans you should first try to contact your loan servicer. Additional information on loan forgiveness and refund discharge is available at: https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/repay-loans/forgiveness-cancellation.
If you still have questions about your Federal Student Loans or Pell Grants, GNPEC suggests you contact the Federal Student Aid Ombudsman Group of the U.S. Department of Education. More information about this group is available at https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/repay-loans/disputes/prepare

Some benefit eligibility may be restored depending on the details of the closing and your particular circumstances. If you received VA benefits, you will need to contact the VA regarding the possibility of having benefits reinstated.
If you have private loans, you need to contact your loan servicers to determine their processes, if any, for requesting a loan adjustment or discharge.
