STUDENTS WHO ATTENDED GEORGIA COSMETOLOGY SCHOOLS: The Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (GNPEC) does not license or authorize Cosmetology Schools in the State. Student records for any Georgia cosmetology school closing should be requested by contacting the State Board of Cosmetology.

PLEASE NOTE: GNPEC does not house or have access to student transcripts from closed secondary (high school) institutions.

VIRGINIA COLLEGE STUDENTS: GNPEC only has access to the records for the campuses that were in Georgia- not other states.

Money Order or Check Payments

A $15 nonrefundable payment in the form of a money order or check must be made out to GNPEC and mailed to our office; such payment must include the student's name and last 4 digits of his or her Social Security number in the memo/notes field. You may request additional copies of the transcript at the time of request for $5 each.

Online Payments

Please submit the $15 payment after you have submitted the transcript request form.

You can also choose to pay via credit card or e-check online. The form will direct you to the payment page if you choose the "online payment" option at the end of this form. 

If paying by credit card or e-check, please note that a 3.25% convenience fee will be automatically assessed; you do not have to manually add the 3.25%.

Reason for Payments

These payments are for the search of the document and offers no guarantee that any documents can be located. All transcripts mailed directly to students will be stamped as unofficial. If payment is not received within 30 days of the initial submission, the request will be canceled.
