Please review for reminders and announcements regarding policies and events

GNPEC’s New Website

Please update GNPEC’s contact information in your complaint procedure to reflect our new website: www.gnpec.georgia.gov

Reminder: New Late Fees Policy

This fee is assessed for failure to submit a complete renewal application, including all fees, 60 days prior to the expiration date on the Certificate of Authorization (the institution’s due date for application).

Submission after the due date will result in the automatic application of a 25% late fee. This fee is applied to both Authorization and TGTF, if applicable, and payments are to be made payable to either GNPEC or TGTF, depending on the late fee accrued.

Reminder: Late Submission of Renewal of Authorization Applications

Automatic revocation of authorization will result if renewal application is submitted after the institution’s expiration date. Should the institution seek to regain authorization, it must apply as a new institution (Initial Authorization Application) and be subject to all appropriate fees and bonding.

Reminder: Transcript Requirement

All students, graduated, withdrawn, or dismissed, should have a completed transcript on file.  Please review the optional GNPEC Student Transcript Template for reference.

Cyanna Would Love to Hear From You

Cyanna, our vendor for the EDvera system, is conducting an online survey about EDvera and would like your feedback.  Any information regarding its usability, pros, and cons would be greatly appreciated as they plan new features for the system. You can access the survey here: EDvera Institution Survey 2018

EDvera Training Session

GNPEC is hosting a training session for those interested in learning more about how to use the Edvera system. GNPEC staff members will provide an overview of the EDvera system, demonstrate the features that GNPEC finds most important, and open the floor to questions from institutions.  This session is NOT mandatory; rather, it is being provided to help users who want to learn and become more proficient with the system’s functions.

The training session will be held Friday, April 13, 2018 from 10 AM to 12 PM at GNPEC (2082 E. Exchange Place, Tucker, GA, 30084).  If you would like to join us, please RSVP by Friday, April 6, 2018 by sending an email to Adam Hawk at [email protected]. Please include your name, the name of your institution, the number of school representatives attending the training, and any particular topics you would like to hear discussed at the training.
