Omnitech Closure Information

NPEC has entered an agreement with PWC Training to offer qualifying students the remaining components of their programs to complete and obtain their certificates. To qualify for the teach out, you must have been actively enrolled at the time of the Omnitech Institute closure on September 29, 2023 (as shown on your transcript or enrollment agreement). 

NPEC is in possession of official Omnitech Institute documentation to show that you were currently enrolled at the time of closure. If NPEC was not provided this documentation by Omnitech Institute, you must be able to provide the official documentation to NPEC. 

If you meet the requirements for the teach out, you must complete the attached Omnitech Teach Out Application and provide any requested documentation. Email the form and the documentation to [email protected] for evaluation of qualification. 

Please note that submission of a claim form does not guarantee approval. You must qualify based on active enrollment at the time of closure. If qualification is confirmed, NPEC staff will forward the application and student contact information to PWC Training to begin the enrollment process. 

Lastly, all applications for the teach out at PWC Training must be submitted by June 1, 2024. Any applications not received by this date will not be considered and no further opportunities for assistance due to this closure will be afforded.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to help us determine if additional assistance may be possible.  This is not a guarantee of reimbursement; at this point, these questions are for information-gathering purposes to determine if financial support may be available. The information provided through this survey will not be shared or sold to third-party marketers. Documentation of any losses incurred will be required for any future claim applications.

• A special link for Omnitech students will be placed on PWC Training's website.
• Students can start as soon as October 23, 2023. 
• The institution will accept all successfully completed coursework from Omnitech as evidenced on the students' transcripts.
