In addition to the Annual Reports below, O.C.G.A. § 20-3-250.5(c)(3) requires the Commission to maintain separate lists of degree-granting nonpublic postsecondary educational institutions, nondegree-granting postsecondary educational institutions, and agents authorized to operate in Georgia. These lists are available to the public upon request.
