Administrative Recording Fees for Authorized Institutions
All recording fees must be made payable to GNPEC.
These fees are assessed for the administrative recording for each of the following:

| Change of Name Fee | $100 |
| Change of Location Fee (Physical Address) | $100 |
| Teaching/Student Services Site Fee | $100 |
| Change of Ownership Fee* | $500 |
*Notification of a change of ownership is due within 10 days of the action. If the notice is NOT submitted within ten (10) days of the change of ownership date, a new application for authorization process along with a $1000 administrative recording fee will be automatically required.
