All recording fees must be made payable to GNPEC.

These fees are assessed for the administrative recording for each of the following:

Change of Location Fee (Physical Address)	$100
Teaching/Student Services Site Fee	$100
Change of Ownership Fee*	$500

 

*Notification of a change of ownership is due within 10 days of the action.  If the notice is NOT submitted within ten (10) days of the change of ownership date, a new application for authorization process along with a $1000 administrative recording fee will be automatically required.
