GNPEC encourages you to abide by local, state, and federal guidelines regarding in-person operations. If instruction is modified from what was previously approved, notify your RS immediately. Please continue timely submissions of all applications.
Administrative Recording Fees for Authorized Institutions
All recording fees must be made payable to GNPEC.
These fees are assessed for the administrative recording for each of the following:
|Change of Name Fee||$100|
|Change of Location Fee (Physical Address)||$100|
|Teaching/Student Services Site Fee||$100|
|Change of Ownership Fee*||$500|
*Notification of a change of ownership is due within 10 days of the action. If the notice is NOT submitted within ten (10) days of the change of ownership date, a new application for authorization process along with a $1000 administrative recording fee will be automatically required.
