Administrative Fees for Authorized Institutions

All recording fees must be made payable to GNPEC.

These fees are assessed for the administrative recording for each of the following:

*Notification of a change of ownership is due within 10 days of the action.  If the notice is NOT submitted within ten (10) days of the change of ownership date, the initial application for authorization process along with the Application Evaluation Fee will be automatically required.  

**An additional fee is assessed in the event a site visit, in-person or virtual, is required outside of the normal renewal of authorization application schedule, such as in the event of (1) an application for a new allied health-related program that would require a site visit to ensure facilities and equipment meet the requirements of the course, or (2) a school "change of location" that would require an inspection of the new location if it is outside the renewal application review period. This fee would also apply to extra visits related to corrective action plans or adverse actions.
