All recording fees must be made payable to GNPEC.
These fees are assessed for the administrative recording for each of the following:

|Missed Site Visit Fee||$200|
|Teaching/Student Services Site Fee||$100|
|Change of Ownership Fee*||$500|
*Notification of a change of ownership is due within 10 days of the action. If the notice is NOT submitted within ten (10) days of the change of ownership date, the initial application for authorization process along with the Application Evaluation Fee will be automatically required.
