Exempt Institutions– Other Categories
The exemption process varies based on the type of exemption under which an institution falls.
To inquire about qualification and/or to begin the exemption process once you have reviewed the exemption categories at O.C.G.A. § 20-3-250.3. and determined the appropriate exemption, you will need to file an application with the Commission and submit supporting documentation.
Please send the following information to the Exempt Institution Coordinator to set up an initial account:
- Name of Business/Institution
- Name of Contact
- Contact’s Title
- Phone Number
- Contact’s Email
- Proposed Exemption Category
- Description of Program or Training to be offered
Once this information is received, an account will be established and you will receive email instructions for completing an application for exemption.
GNPEC will not permit the use of a requested name that misrepresents, conflicts or potentially causes confusion with existing educational institution names.
